John has over 35 years of experience in office automation and is an expert in leasing and print management. John serves and leads numerous non-profit boards in the Western Massachusetts area and is a strong advocate for local businesses partnering with organizations that serve the needs of our community. John is involved in every aspect of the NEBM operation and is dedicated to knowing all of his customers. When you contact NEBM you are not directed to customer service – you speak directly with John. He can often be heard saying, we are not a vendor – we are a partner in your business.

Bill is NEBM’s operations manager and comes to us with decades of experience, including Ricoh, Hewlett Packard and IBM. Bill also oversees the supply chain management division and manages the company’s logistics operation.

Wayne is the NEBM service team manager. He has served in this capacity for years. Previously, Wayne worked for Ricoh Corporation as a senior field technician in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. He is detail oriented expert - bringing decades of service experience to his team. Wayne oversees all service operations and coordinates parts stock, replenishments and firmware updates.
